Welcome to BioGrow Healthy Hair (“BioGrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any orders for our products (the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here.

Summary (not a substitute for the Terms):

You must be 18+ and reside where we ship.
Products are dietary supplements; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician.
Orders are offers; we accept when we charge/ship. Pricing and availability may change.
Returns/Refunds follow our Returns Policy.
Dispute resolution and governing law appear in Section 17.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services and to place orders. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or other regulators. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed on the label.

3. Accounts & Security

You may browse without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

Offer & Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise fulfill the order. We may decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability).
Pricing & Availability. All prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Payment. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Errors. We may correct errors (including pricing/description) and cancel any affected orders, with a full refund where required.

5. Subscriptions / Auto-Ship (optional)

If you enroll in Auto-Ship, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select until you cancel. You can cancel or modify anytime before the next renewal cutoff by visiting your account or contacting us. Prices, frequencies, and discounts for Auto-Ship will be disclosed at enrollment and may change; we will notify you of material changes as required by law.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please contact the carrier for transit issues; we will assist where we reasonably can.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or absence, we may deduct shipping/handling from any refund permitted by our policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. Our Returns Policy is as follows:

Window: Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of order.
Condition: Unopened bottles in original packaging are eligible. For safety reasons, opened products may be non-returnable unless required by law.
Process: Contact us at support@biogrowrxsale.com with your order number for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method (minus shipping and applicable fees) after inspection. Processing times vary by bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant BioGrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or control all rights to what you submit and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and code—is owned by or licensed to BioGrow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating laws; infringing IP/privacy rights; uploading malware; scraping or reverse-engineering; engaging in fraud, deceptive practices, or reselling products without authorization.

12. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide links or access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services and provide access “as is.” Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in such cases, the foregoing will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioGrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or willful misconduct, or where otherwise prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioGrow from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

18. Anti-Spam Policy

In order to serve our customers, we collect personally identifiable information, like names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, any notes or testimonials or comments that you provide to us or on our websites, and sometimes credit card information when such information is voluntarily submitted by our visitors.

We will only use your personal information for the following purposes:

By submitting your email address on this Website, you agree to receive email from Us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in each respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, and purchased products from us, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because we hate spam as much as you do.
